7. Ginger & Garlic

While raw consumption may be difficult, there are plenty of options to use them in your daily diet.
Tomato contains lycopene which is an anti-inflammatory substance. To be able to absorb the lycopene, make sure you cook the tomatoes in a soup, a sauce or a curry as it makes it easier for the body to absorb. Absorbable lycopene is only present in the cooked tomatoes.
